Shipping + Payments
We accept payments online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or PayPal. Payment is authorized and captured at the time an order is placed. If a map is out of stock, but available for purchase, ship times are communicated immediately. If the ship time is unacceptable, we will cancel your order at once.
Continental U.S. Shipping
If your order is extremely time sensitive, please contact us to confirm ship times.
All maps are shipped, fully insured, via FedEx or UPS. Maps sent within the continental U.S. qualify for free ground shipping. All orders are processed within 24 business hours. You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your map has shipped. If an item is "Out of stock", but available for purchase, you will be notified within 1 business day of the estimated ship time. We do our best to ensure our listed stock statuses are 100% accurate. In the event an item sells out before the stock status is changed, you will be notified immediately and will have the option of canceling your order or keep it in cue for the next delivery date.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Hawaii and Alaska orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via Priority Mail International. If your purchase is time sensitive, it is best to contact us to inquire about up-to-the-minute availability and transit times. For international orders, it is important to note that each country may impose duties and/or brokerage fees on imported goods. Nautical Wood Maps / The Giving Tree Gallery is not responsible for these fees incurred when receiving goods internationally, and strongly recommends the buyer does due diligence in discovering what fees may be incurred.
